By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only, processed through Razorpay. Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets are supported. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Your order is confirmed only once full payment is received. We do not store your card or banking details at any point. All payment data is handled by Razorpay.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. A flat shipping charge of Rs 99 applies to every order. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Products

Every saree is photographed in natural light with minimal editing. Colour may still appear different on your screen depending on your display.

Our sarees are handwoven. Small irregularities in the weave, slight variation in motif spacing and minor differences between pieces are inherent to handloom and are not defects.

Each piece is one of a kind. If an item sells out between your order and our stock check, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Write to support@tanjoresilks.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including where the item is unavailable, the address cannot be serviced, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage in transit, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for the full terms.

Shipping

Delivery timelines shown on this site are courier estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, festivals, strikes or regional restrictions. Please see our Shipping Policy.

Use of this website

All photographs, product descriptions and content on this site belong to Tanjore Silks and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that takes place under it. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
