Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from Gurgaon on the same or next business day. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces carry the dispatch timeline stated on the product page.
Delivery partners
We ship through Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other courier partners. The courier assigned to your order depends on serviceability at your pincode. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3 to 4 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, festivals, strikes, or regional restrictions are outside our control.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping charge of Rs 99 applies to every order, anywhere in India.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address and phone number before placing the order. We cannot change the address once the parcel is handed to the courier. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, a repeatedly unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery will be reshipped only after reshipping charges are paid.

We currently ship within India only.
