Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about any product, order or service, write to us at support@tanjoresilks.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt and work to resolve it within one month.

The names of individual weaves referenced on this site, including Kanjivaram, Gadwal, Narayanpet, Uppada and Mysore silk, are geographical indications belonging to their respective weaving regions and are used here only to describe the origin of our products.

Accuracy

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Product photographs are taken in natural light with minimal editing, and colour may still vary depending on your screen. Handloom sarees carry natural irregularities that are inherent to the weave.
