Before you write to us
- Order status or tracking: your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email and SMS. Have your order number ready.
- Reporting a defect: please read our Return and Refund Policy first, and send your order number, photographs and the unboxing video in your first message. It gets your claim resolved faster.
- Choosing a saree: WhatsApp us. We are happy to send additional photographs or a short video of any piece in natural light before you buy.
